About

I am a licensed clinical social worker and child mental health specialist who has been helping individuals and their families achieve their potential for over 14 years.

I work with children, teens, and adults, who are struggling with issues including phase of life transitions, anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma, grief and loss, relationship satisfaction, family dynamics, and social issues. I use a client-centered therapeutic approach and draw from a toolbox of other treatment models including cognitive behavior, psychodynamics, strengths-based, EMDR and mindfulness.

My therapeutic approach provides support and practical feedback to help individuals effectively address personal life challenges. With compassion, understanding, and humor, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths, learn new skills, and attain the personal and professional growth they are committed to accomplishing.
